I’m Kelvin. For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping people work through the challenges that come with mental health struggles.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. It’s completely normal to feel like it’s a lot to handle. But the great news is - you don’t have to go through it alone.

I’m here to offer support and empower your mental health journey, helping you find your way through life’s ups and downs.

My approach is grounded in narrative therapy, which means I see you as separate from the problems you face—the problem is the problem, not you. Together, we’ll explore the stories you hold about your past, present, and future. By unpacking these stories, we can make sense of where you’ve been, identify what’s holding you back, and help you create a path toward where you want to go.

Everyone’s story is unique, and I believe that healing begins with having a safe, supportive space to share your story with someone who listens and cares.

If narrative therapy doesn’t quite feel like the right fit for you, that’s absolutely okay! I also work with other approaches like CBT, DBT or ACT, and I’m happy to tailor our work to what feels best for you.

You’ll find my style to be warm, laid-back, and easy to connect with.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, informed not only by my experience as a mental health professional but also by my roles as a father, son, brother, and friend.

I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—young and old, from different backgrounds and circumstances. These experiences have taught me that, while everyone’s story is unique, we all share similar feelings of sadness, anger, grief, and worry.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll probably find me spending time with family, on a hike, playing tennis, exploring new places, or catching up on a good show.
