Meet Kelvin Mui
Hello there!

I’m Kelvin. For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping people work through the challenges that come with mental health struggles.

Life can be overwhelming. It’s completely normal to feel like it’s a lot to handle. But the great news is, you don’t have to go through it alone.

I’m here to offer support and empower your mental health journey, helping you find your way through life’s ups and downs.

Clinical Specialities
Areas I specialise in helping with
01
Trauma
We all face moments so intense they leave a deep mark on our hearts and minds. But these experiences don’t have to define us. By opening up and sharing your story in therapy, you can begin to heal, understand their impact, and reclaim your life.
02
Constant worry. Restlessness. Panic attacks that seem to come out of nowhere. Anxiety can deeply affect your ability to live without fear. In a supportive and understanding space, we can explore the roots of your anxiety and work together to reduce its hold on your life.
03
Depression
Feeling down for extended periods can be a sign that something isn’t right. Many describe depression as the absence of hope, but it’s important to remember—you’re not alone. Reaching out to talk to someone means you don’t have to face it on your own.
04
Grief & Loss
Losing someone or something dear to us is one of life’s hardest challenges. Grief is deeply personal and can often leave you feeling isolated in your pain. In time, therapy can provide a supportive space to help you process your loss and find a path toward healing.
05
Adolesecent Mental Health
Adolescence is a pivotal yet challenging stage of development, marked by intense emotions, risk-taking, and the exploration of new relationships and boundaries. For both young people and their parents, it can feel like navigating uncharted waters.
I use a family-inclusive, youth-centered approach to support young people and their loved ones as they navigate this time of rapid growth and change.
06
Self-harm
There are many reasons someone may have thoughts of self-harm. For some, it’s a way of coping with emotional pain; for others, it’s a way to express their distress to those around them. While not everyone who self-harms is suicidal, self-harm can sometimes signal underlying suicidal thoughts.

Seeking timely support is crucial. I can help you explore your feelings, understand your distress, and work towards recovery in a safe and supportive environment.
